About me
Laura Trinkler
My studies in psychology at the Universities of Zurich and Bern, specializing in clinical psychology and health psychology, laid the foundation for my passion: promoting mental and physical health. Early on, I was interested in the question of how we can develop healthy habits, manage stress and use challenges as opportunities for growth.
After graduating, I gained a professional foothold in cantonal health promotion and became particularly involved in mental health prevention and public relations. I developed creative campaigns and sensitized the population to the importance of mental health.
In order to support people even more directly, I completed further training to become a resilience trainer. Today, I support individuals in strengthening their resilience, establishing healthy behaviors and bringing more well-being into their lives.
I have been recognized by the FSP (Federation of Swiss Psychologists) since 2025. As a member, I am committed to ongoing training, confidentiality and responsible psychological counseling.
