In my online psychological counseling, I support you in establishing healthy behaviors, preventing stress and strengthening your mental resilience - flexibly, regardless of location and confidentially. My practice is the virtual space where you can find support no matter where you are.

My approach is preventative and holistic: we combine mental and physical health so that you remain balanced, resilient and healthy in the long term. Together, we develop practical strategies that can be easily integrated into your everyday life - tailored to your individual needs.
